In 1994 Federico Seineldin founded Openware (http://www.openware.biz), a company that specializes in IT infrastructure managed services and offers different solutions, such as virtualization, infrastructure, network, security, remote access and Open Source platforms.
At Openware, Federico has dealt intelligently with large corporations, leveraging their technology to offer extremely valuable services in an important space that links networking and information technology. He has thus been able to specialize as a first mover in niche outsource managed security services market while differentiating the company and brand from other general competitors, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the DNA process management.
Openware was acquired by Globant (http://www.globant.com) in Nov 2008, and from that moment on, Federico became Globant´s guru in Security and Infrastructure services.
Federico also founded MoveRSE (http://www.moverse.org) an NGO focus to promote CSR for SMB

Without question, Federico Seineldin has already proved himself a successful entrepreneur, having won several regional awards while accumulating an impressive client roster. Despite the small size of his company, Federico has dealt intelligently with large corporations, leveraging their technology to offer extremely valuable services in an important space that links telecommunications and information technology. He has thus been able to specialize as a first mover in a niche market while differentiating his company and brand from other general competitors. His company, Openware, initially provided consulting and implementation services through its integrative IT frameworks, but now seeks to expand its product scope and regional presence by offering security managed services. These MSP´s services targets SMEs, themselves often key sources of entrepreneurial activity. (Federico´s Endeavor Foundation brief)
