In charge of the marketing plan of the literary imprints -Mondadori, Lumen, Debate- and DeBols!llo.
Main Achievements:
First Product Manager of the Literary and DeBolsillo Divisions. Due to the innovative measures I implemented, these two prestigious imprints have acquired high productivity.
The marketing campaigns have been carried out through literary events, such as the “writing jam” (live writing), book releases on demand and we used social networks (Facebook, Twitter), widgets, microsites and blogs to communicate in the Argentine market.

To evaluate, plan and carry out commercial actions tending to increase book sales.

Main Achievements :
I designed the communication, advertising and promotion strategies for the 15 company imprints. I was the leader of a team formed by three people (designer, assistant and children promotion); we introduced innovation and creativity in the commercial actions, using new technologies such as SMS, data base, websites, booktrailers, videogames and an interactive stand in the International Book Fair of Buenos Aires.
