Working in Netlabs designed and coded an Intranet system called ISPHelper that maintains ISP sites and talks to PPPoE servers to manage DSL subscribers. It also has a client interface that let subscribers manage theirs accounts. It's a modular system that can adapt to different types of services the ISPs offer (EMail, Hosting, DSL, etc) I also maintain a system involving HTMLi technology and made a report generator with XSL and RTFs as well as a PHP program that generates code based on a XML definition structure.
