I have a vast experience on Startups and Global companies, in the area of team Management, Project Management and Information Technologies.
Positions such as Regional IT Manager at Nortel (for Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay), CSC, as the Service Delivery Manager for the region and started the Project Management department for the CALA Region developed a strong interpersonal multicultural skills and IT knowledge.
At CSC participated on many IT major sales proposals, to generate new business.
Managed SLA and Projects for Motorola in Argentina, Textron, Bombardier, Carrier (UTC) in Mexico.
Latin3 was a turn on my career to the Digital Marketing environment, under the Project Management Officer role.
I developed and trained a team of 15 professionals on Project Management skills and created new industry standards on the digital market.
Managed the entire production coordination including 25 designers, development team and PM team.
I was hunted by Intech-Group to perform Infrastructure projects for Nokia in Argentina, and generated the regional expansion for this company through my professional contact network at the Latin American countries.
Wunderman, contacted me to improve project management performance and manage the PMO department.
My first assignments was to coordinate and develop the Project Management team of the agency to perform the ONLINE production for fortune 500 companies for US-Hispanic market and Latin America .
